Blaming others for how YOU feel?

I am curious to know just how many people still lay blame on others for how they feel within themselves.
If you listen to random conversations in passing, like in a supermarket or town center, most of the conversations are either moaning about something or someone, or blaming someone else.
The day I realised that I am responsible for my own feelings and actions is they day my life changed for the better.
Take responsibility for your emotions, they are yours and no-one else's, and the changes need to come from within. 
How you feel is nobody else's fault, its down to your mindset.
