If you are in a lower vibration emotion, you can move up this scale, but you can’t just jump from depression to Joy instantly. You have to move through the other emotions. Move from fear to anger to hope to joy that is much easier to do than to move from fear or depression to Joy.

Where are you on this scale...?? After 2 years of studying Law of Attraction feel like I bounce up and down between 7 and 1, on the odd (very odd!)occasion I drop down to 11, however, I seem to miss out number 9 as am defiantly NOT pessimistic!
ReplyDeleteI used to feel the lower emotions but now I know & understand how damaging those emotions are I have learned to overcome all of them :)
